Monica graduated from the University of South Florida with a B.A. in Education and attended Arizona State University's Graduate School of Communications. She is an energetic leader with a genuine entrepreneurial spirit. Monica Roberts is the President/Media Director of Media Star Hawaii and the creator of 
Brian is a highly experienced creative consultant and writer. He has won many coveted awards for his work in Canada, Singapore, and the United States, and he has worked for top local and international advertising agencies, including J. Walter Thompson, Toronto; SSC&B Lintas, Singapore; PSW Advertising, Portland, OR., as well as Ogilvy Mather and Laird-Christianson Advertising, Honolulu. He currently runs his own creative consultancy, Brian Ross Productions LLC. Brian is an accomplished writer and book author. We are very pleased to have Brian join us as a Media Star Hawaii preferred partner in 2009.
Bill Maheras, Emmy and Telly award winning producer/director/cameraman, has a strong reputation for delivering projects on time and on budget. Bill’s directorial skills include creative storytelling along with technical polish, and the ability to engage the viewer. His credits include television commercials, as well as educational and corporate presentations. Many of Bill’s productions have garnered national and regional credits, including numerous Pele Awards, Silver and Gold Monitor Awards. In 2009, Sight and Sound Studios received the prestigious silver Telly award (the highest award given) and two bronze awards for excellence in commercial production. Media Star Hawaii TV advertising clients that received Telly awards included; Heaven On Earth, North Shore Marketplace and Hawaii.com.
Jennifer Maki is a senior at Hawaii Pacific University, majoring in Advertising. She received a scholarship from the Spirit Club to attend HPU. She attended Moanalua High School where she was an exceptional-student athlete. She was a member of the school’s competitive state champion cheerleading squad and graduated Cum Lade in 2005. Jennifer began interning for Media Star Hawaii in August 2008. She has expanded her knowledge a great deal since she first started working with the Company and has come to realize just how much she loves working in the advertising industry. Jen aspires to be an advertising agency owner one day.
David has been involved in financial planning for over ten years. After working with Ameriprise Financial Services, he formed WealthBridge Inc., a wealth management and registered investment advisory firm. He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Computer Science. He currently serves in the Hawaii Army National Guard as an Intelligence Officer. He holds a Masters in Arts in Political Science from the University of Hawaii. He also holds a Masters in Theological, a Certificate in Financial Planning from Boston University and a Certificate of Leadership from the East-West Center. David has published numerous financial articles in the local newspapers and has been featured in Pacific Business News. He is currently publishing a financial strategy book. David has been able to use his leadership skills to successfully start WealthBridge Inc and Pacific West Development/The Stone Factory, a residential/commercial construction and remodeling firm.

Gary Roberts served 26 years in the United States Marine Corps and retired a Major in 1999. He received numerous promotions, service recognition awards and outstanding leadership certificates throughout his extensive military career. His expertise is overseeing and establishing standard operating procedures to streamline business functions while strategically positioning Media Star Hawaii as a leading local advertising agency. Gary is a highly proficient writer and a natural sales consultant. He has received service and athletic awards while serving the USMC for 9 years in Okinawa, Japan. He is a retired Marine and has worked for the past 10 years in quality control, procurement and safety management with one of the largest defense contractors, BAE Systems, Technology Solutions & Services Inc. International.
